I didn’t gain the COVID 19 pounds. I was teaching 20 classes Monday through Thursday plus personal training and giving dance lessons when COVID came here in March 2020. You’d think I would be thinner then. All those exercise classes were stressful on my body and stress makes a person hold on to fat.
