I Didn't Gain the COVID 19 Pounds
I didn’t gain the COVID 19 pounds. I was teaching 20 classes Monday through Thursday plus personal training and giving dance lessons when COVID came here in March 2020. You’d think I would be thinner then. All those exercise classes were stressful on my body and stress makes a person hold on to fat. I got MORE sleep and ate MORE food and had MORE play time during my time off during the pandemic. I think I’m healthier now. When I go back to teaching group classes again in May 2021, I will not be teaching evening group classes. I like staying home in the evening and teaching dance lessons with
Jim Wallace. That’s like play to me and play gives me vitality.
