Drink Water

The lymph fluid of our immune system is mostly water. We have an elimination system to help our bodies release toxins. We go to the restroom to eliminate toxins, but we also breathe out toxins and sweat out toxins. These systems all require water to work. Moving our lungs in a bigger way is a great means to eliminate toxins. This can be done through exercise like dancing or by taking in deep breaths during meditation or yoga.
