Go with the Flow (with an Apple Watch)

This video is about saliva, water, and peeing - all liquids that help the body flow and keep us comfortable. I explain the benefits of a wet mouth and the importance of drinking water. When it’s time to let all that water go, I use the Breathe app on my Apple Watch to make sure I’ve emptied completely and all the toxins are washed out.
