Kitchen Exercise
This video was made to help my older adult students to remember what we have done in class to articulate our spine and work our hip joints. It is not meant for all older adults or all people. During class, we always talked about contraindications and whether each move was advisable. Individual fitness levels vary, and no workout or stretch should be done if a doctor would recommend otherwise. Please use common sense and wisdom, and do not try these moves if you would be afraid of falling or potentially hurting
yourself.
