The Five Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation

We often perform these five Tibetan rites in classes I teach. Although I do not instruct on the history of the spiritual benefits many people believe in, I do experience the physical and emotional release of tension when I perform these rites for myself. By articulating my spine, I am able to get rid of inflammation. These rites, combined with brisk walking, seem to me as if they help worries to fly right off the top of my head. By releasing worries, I feel strong once again. The “Fountain of Youth” book I mention in the video is written for men, but women can also benefit when the exercises are done in a safe way.
